Finally installed the shorter dogbones I bought off the classifieds a few months back. What a difference that made for turn in. However, it affected the tire clearance while on the center stand so its a bit tougher to spin 180 now.

Finished the install of my Clear Alternatives tail light. Also re-installed the bar-end mirrors to take it to work tomorrow (took them off for my first track day last weekend).

I finally got to change the oil. It wasn't overdue but it did need doing.

I put stabilizer in the tank, pulled the battery and put the battery tender on it. Pushed her in the back corner of the garage and covered her up for the long winter nap.

Went for a short ride today to get the fluids moveing after sitting for about 10 days due to weather. Short ride because it was still only 37 degrees out but i wanted to see if it was ok after -15 degree low on wensday. I was a little worried because i have a 30% antifreeze mix in to help the water wetter work better. My garrage is about 15 degrees or so warmer than out side but the pepsi and mountain dew in the garrage froze solid. The fz ran fine so back on the battery tender. I'am hopeing to go for a longer ride this wensday because it's supposed to hit 50 degrees.

The Power Commander LCD dash shows up today. Not sure if I will be able to get it installed in time to beat the weather. High today 50, low tonight will be in the teens. I am looking forward to the switchable maps on the fly.

Installed the SW-Motech hard bag mounts (side and rear). I had to modify two of the brackets since I no longer have signal lights and needed to modify the license plate holder. I just need to paint them today and put them on. The Givi bags are supposed to show up today. Then I need to decide whether or not to paint the tops to match my bike.

Just about to go set the open close points for the PCIII I just installed.
So far this series of mod has been quite impressive on the butt dyno. Later that day: Man that was too easy. I printed out the two page instructions from Ivans thread and thought, "this might suck". But it went smooth as butter. Done in 5 min.

Finally got around to upgrading the accessory wiring. I now have all my accessories on a relay and power distribution point. As well as a integrated 12 volt power port. I still have some major cleaning to do on the bike. I recently went out for a 5 hour ride in fog and rain and it has been so cold here that I have only hosed it off.
I am still trying to decide If I want to put some non conductive material over the top of the power distribution blocks and I am pretty sure I will be putting heat shrink on the connectors that hook to the relay. Picture of my install: http://picasaweb.google.com/cruzman2...eat=directlink
