Here's a little insider info to help you make a killing on that bet.

If thread size has anything to do with board performance (something that seems to be the case).........I wouldn't place bets on any other threads reaching that number.

I understand and can't disagree - aside from probably being a record of sorts, that's alot more data than a forum is usually expected to contain in a thread.

But then again, I don't know that the thread size had anything to do with the faults. We've been through periods of board failures happening before, when TTAN was alot smaller.

Plus, the threads were shut down and it was a good hour or so before I could get on this evening. I kinda doubt that thread length theory. But... what the hell do I know?!?

This is the thread about something, which isn't as comfy as the thread about nothing, but may only be a temporary replacement.

I think anything that resembles a replacement for the thread about nothing would need to be eloquently started by Tom in the style only he can, and then moved along with as usual... We can always still quote form the original if need be.!
