I absolutely love that when it happens. A guy gets injured and his temp replacement lights it up!
The best example I can think of is in football. Who the hell is Tom Brady?

My wife's boss offered me $100-to-$1 that the Kings wouldn't win the Cup. I'm going to take him up on it for a buck. Heck, maybe even a $10-spot. With odds like that, why not?

Great bet Todd. They can do it. Put $100 down. $10,000 ought to come in handy. Your wife may get fired though.

It was cool to go to MSG, but really it is an old arena that isn't very fan friendly compared to most modern arenas. They have very few restrooms for the size of the place! The sight-lines aren't very good, either.

The Brazilians colleagues that we took along really enjoyed the game, especially all the dumb canned cheers that were played on the P.A. system (let's go Rang-ers, let's go Rang-ers!).

That sounds like fun! I love watching Ovechkin, he plays with all he's got.

Watch out... Dash has a bad case of Sid envy

Wife is glad the Habs/Phillies don't play every night as I seem to get into it a bit too much. Oh well, bad result but a good game.

Dash - When they hook up again in the playoffs this year, I'm thinking roadtrip.

I noticed the Flyers are leading the entire league in points. Nice work for the brawlers!

Avs beat Chicago again last night Flash got a hat trick, so happy they traded Hannan for him!

Hannan was washed up...that was a good trade.

Just saw a stat for the Flyers this season...first time theyd had 20 wins by Dec. 14th since 1986. Now if they can just avoid the normal January swoon, they will be looking good come playoff time...

Hey Fidel, do all Habs fans really like Subban? Or do the announcers just make it seem that way?

His 5-on-3 10 ft slapshot goal notwithstanding, he gave away the game for you guys...

Anybody catch HBO's 24/7 last night? All leading up to the Winter Classic. Very well done.

He gave two others away recently. I like him but he needs better hockey sense. As anyone knows who plays, talent without hockey sense (or effort) is wasted. Many never get it.

No pay for HBO here, sorry, sounds good!

I thought this was pretty funny, though I'm not sure I would have if it caused traffic issues. Doesn't sound like it did. The poor Thrashers have worse attendance than even the Avs.

I can't believe how tight the west is still. 30 games into the season and only 5 points separate 2nd from 12th.

Well I like him, and I'll take his rookie mistakes in exchange for his exuberance and energy. He'll learn and be better for it come playoff time. It's been a while since the Habs have had a rookie to get excited about and when he picks up the puck and starts flying, you know something is going to happen, good or bad.

So yes, I would say the majority of Habs fans are in a PK lovefest right now.

Yup. I'm a big fan. He has all the talent lets hope these are truly rookie mistakes and not a chronic problem. I would like to know the real story of him being scratched from the lineup.
