I just serviced my EXUP today. My bolts broke loose without much hassle, but I use this on the threads every time. I also use it on each end of the EXUP valve. So far my original valve is doing very well.

And as somebody such as myself, whose stomach proceeds the rest of me by five minutes, i should do that jogging thing, also. Trouble is, with the s.s. plate on my left knee holding it together, jogging, tennis, or any running at all, is out for this old dog! Walking is about it, from now on. I don't even do that well anymore, as i fell down walking on a concrete sidewalk, about five weeks ago!

Great getting old! lol!
