Well, I'm color blind when it comes to reds and greens, but confident this photo should have some green in it.
#1 - Beaver Lake, Arkansas.

I'm surprised that is more common than people realize. Mike is the same way, and thinks some brown birds are pink for instance. I'd love to get some of those glasses for him, but they are an expensive toy really. Who's to say it's the rest of us who see things right after all?

That Nova Scotia road looks like fun.

3 of 7. I like how golden sand turns the sea water green.

Colour blindness affects something like 10% of men and 1% of women, so yes, it is fairly common. There used to be, and probably still are, quite a few jobs where colour blindness is a bar to entry. I was tested for it before I started working in television back in 1981. Anything associated with electronics and reading the colour coding on things like resistors was important.

Setting aside colourblindness, everyone perceives colours slightly differently thanks to variation in lens pigments and numbers and types of cone cells.

I'm not at Daytona watching cars! That is the end of next week.

A picture of the North Shore of Oahu, featuring some green.

Wisconsin in Spring time is green, and more rain to make it more green. And the rain makes the Moto America racing more interesting.

4/7 Green River, going through Seedskadee NWR, WY

This is my favorite spot in the world for the river picture. Just this one spot. I never fails to draw me in.

Eagle update!

"I just finished giving her the last shot in her five day session. The best news is that she kept all the food down from yesterday. I gave her eight mice and two rats, all skinned and cut into smaller pieces which I hand to her with a long forcep. She readily grabs them and swallows. Now I hope this will continue and she'll eventually eat on her own.
I take her in on Monday for another blood draw. It goes to our state vet lab for lead testing to see if she's made progress in fighting the poisoning. They'll call me Tuesday with the answer."
