ridng all the time i forgot to reply. the spidi pants are awesome for all weather, from the 30's to 90's in temps. last friday afternoon-sunday 6pm we rode 1560 miles of wyo, mont and idaho. temps varied from 41-85 deg. i put thermax under layer on under pants and rain suit bottoms over them on cold mornings. we rode over 150 miles in idaho on sat with temps in the low 40's and at speeds averaging 90mph for over an hour. i never got cold. so i am starting to think i may sell some of my "cold riding gear". the fit and quality of the pants is superior for the price. they arent baggy!! wish i had gotten back to you sooner!

I recently purchased the H2O liner for my pants. They are awesome and don't make you sweat like you would think. They Definately work great when when wearing thermax under layers for colder temps.
