Homemade AIS removal kit

I have access to machining tools and want to make caps for the AIS spigots. Can anyone tell me the exact inner diameter or the drill size needed to have a proper fit?

Not sure of the size but I just used button head bolts, found the right size tap, tapped the holes and used red locktite on the bolts and have never had an issue.

I did same as klj7734 except used metric set screws and loctite. Found rubber cap that a part was received with and little silicone sealant.
