Giant head helmets

Are there any other superiorly large headed riders out there?

From about 1995 through about 2010, I wore Arai Signets in size XXXL. Barely work, but at least a decent helmet.

They don't make the latest Signet X in that size. The bastards!

They do make the Renegade in XXXL, but it's a different shape.

Anyone that wore the old Signet triple X know of anything else that works?

PS, any jokes about my head and you will be banned for life from this forum.

I gave my cousin a Kawasaki Concours and he has a huge head. He ended up with a Z1R.

7 3/4 or so. None of the major mfgs 2X helmets work for me. My shape was supposedly Arai Signet GT and I wore that in a 2X for track days but couldn't wear it all day.

I've been using Scorpions EXO500 in 3X for the past few years but that has been discontinued. Scorpion still has some models in 3X but they seem to be dropping them. 410 and 710 for example.

My hat size is 7-7/8". I've been told I have a huge head, whatever. The Shoei rep told me all the top helmet manufacturers only make 3 shell sizes, small, med, and large. The x-small size is achieved with thicker cheek pads in the small shell. The x, xx, xxx, sizes are made with thinner interior pads in the large shell etc. I have no idea if that is the truth but I have no reason to doubt him. If it is true, you should be able to order the extra thin interior pads to make the large shell fit correctly.
My 7-7/8" head fits snugly in a extra large shoei. It is very tight at first but after a month or so it either loosens a bit or I get used to it, either way its best to fit very snug almost to the point of being uncomfortable. At least that's what all the big head expert reps told me.

Could be. I had a big head as a kid.

I am in the top .01% for inter pupil width.

You must have a huge medulla oblongata........................... ( not a joke, merely an observation )

HJC makes nice helmets that go BIG. I thought Shoei did as well.
