The kit comes with a photo.

It's not necessary to trim the lip height.

I will definitely be purchasing a MB kit from you soon but I am doing the airbox first in preparation for the kit. Is there any way you can email me the photo and instructions that you include in the kit for the airbox?

Everything that you need is here:

The actual sheets come in the box with the kit.

Thanks,

Ivan

I just finished up the install of the new airbox and mod, and the jet kit. Followed the directions to the letter. Got a little concerned when I got to the needles and the plastic bushings. All mine were 2.5mm. I’m wondering if someone hasn’t been in the carbs before. The floats were set at around 14mm as well.

Discovered the reason for the busted airbox! So they could use a larger battery!😡. The problem with that is the air was being pulled in around the filter instead of through it! Carbs were a bit dirty.

I did have one question. When drilling the bypass holes, if metal shavings get into the canals, where will they end up? I tried to clean them as best as I could.

You linked to Holeshot (Dale) in your initial post. Prices can be found there.
