Hit a boulder

So I have been away for a few years. I just bought my 1st FZ1 back and acquired another 04 FZ1 for my son. Then I hit a boulder at 70 mph! Went airborne and landed upright with two ruined wheels and flat tires.

So now I am looking for a front and rear wheel for a Gen 1 FZ1. Not real picky about OEM, aftermarket, or color.

The mechanic has matching chrome wheels for $300 but chrome wont look great even with my custom paint.

Any ideas? Or wheels available in texas?

I bought a Gen2 as wheels are more than available. ...............Kudos for remaining upright. I usually wind up goin over a cliff..............anvils are very unforgiving as well....................

You thought about joining Team ACME?

Nonsense aside, you can adapt older R1 wheels I believe. I thought someone here adapted G2 wheels as well.

Team ACME? I am interested...
I appreciate the kudos but I think God takes credit as I was shocked that I was still moving. If I can recall how to post pics, I will add some.

Thanks for the info.

If you can find the boulder you should have it moved to your lawn/rock garden. Maybe some day have it fasioned into a tombstone. At least chisel off a big piece, maybe a smaller chip for a key chain.

Happened to me in the 80s. Keeping the stone was the furthest thing from my mind.
It's not a bowling trophy.

My crash in 2016 had me smash to bits a catseye in the road. My gf at the time framed it for me which was pretty cool I thought. I didn’t have the presence of mind to pick it up off the road - it conveniently lodged itself in my clutch cover for later retrieval
