Have you used "Final Cut Express" with GoPro MP4 files? A friend just recommended it to me.

I have not used it but I have heard its a good program.

FWIW I've had good luck editing GoPro video with Adobe Premier Elements. You can find it bundled with Photoshop Elements for less than $100.
