A little inspiration from a friend of ours.

Go here and vote for the man in the Yellow Shirt.. that's our dear friend George.. we refer to him as Crazy Uncle George. In truth he's not my uncle, I'm not lucky enough to have family as strong or cool as he is.. but that picture is of him walking Deals gap this past Saturday.. he got up and started at the resort at 5:30 A.M., walked to Fugitive Dam and back, ate breakfast with us, and then walked over to Tabcat Bridge. Then he decided 14 miles of it was good, but he needed more.. so he did it all the way back.. He did this to support other people going through what he did.. He beat Cancer, and did it with more dignity and composure than I ever would.. so go vote and put that poster on Georges garage wall.. he didn't bring his bike to the rally this weekend, because he had better stuff to do. He's a great guy in general, and this was just another way he made it evident.

I'm not posting this to help George win the contest - even if he didn't win. we'd buy the poster for him, and we'll also get one to put on the shop wall.. But the biggest reason to share this is that George had a feeling a few months ago that he needed to do this because there are other people out there going through the fight he went through, and if just one person saw/heard what he did and it helped them, it was worth doing.
