One last Christmas for a 2 year old - $10 donation challenge
This story is about Dax, a little boy that was given one last Christmas to enjoy. His parents decorated the house for Christmas in Sept for him. Soon the neighborhood noticed, people asked what it was for and then the whole neighborhood decorated for Dax. Word got around and the whole town setup Christmas early. Dax enjoyed that Christmas and passed away Dec 30th at the age of two. Here is his story...
A thread was started by a moderator on the SVTP car forums ( SVT Performance ) that challenged every member who was able to, donate $10. This thread made it's way to the LS1 Tech forums, and now I am bringing it here. One member donated $100. Can't handle another video like the one I just posted. Me and the wife just got done bawling. My eyes are redder than hell and I have a roll of toilet paper sticking out of my nostrils.

Dax was a 2 year old boy who last a battle with cancer. St. Jude is a hospital dedicated to helping children battle cancer. It costs 1.6 million dollars to run St Jude hospital for ONE day. Dax's family is trying to raise 1.6 million to run St Jude for 1 day in Dax's name. The video is a very touching story about a community responding to Dax when they learned of his illness. It really puts things in perspective and is a wake up call for some to appreciate their health and things we take for granted on a daily basis, especially if you are a parent.
