MORE SEATS
Here's a set I just did for Golden's '09 FZ1 down in S.C. . Front and rear with additional foam in the passenger seat also. Put 'em on my FZ1 for photos before shipping.

They look great and very comfortable! I believe that I will be contacting you in a couple of weeks.
Also it would be great for those who have received theirs to do a little review or comparison for everyone. |

My wife doesnt ride , so I'm gonna let Golden's wife be my tester on this prototype rear seat. It looks good , but I need the official passenger suggestions.

I've now clocked 100 or so miles on the seat Eddie (dirt road) re-did for me. MUCH better than stock, and absolutely worth the small sum of money he charges. He's also a really nice guy!
Thanks again Eddie! |

Golden's seats
Here are Eddies's seats on my bike. Only had them for one day and only about a 50 mile ride, but I'm sure impressed. Much better than stock and better than the Sargent I tried. I think Eddie and Sargent are the only ones I know that will let you return if you're not satisfied. Wife hasn't tried her's yet, hope to take a spin up to Lake Lure in the morning.

Dirt Road seat report
I've had Eddie's seat on a week or so now and have ridden probably a couple of hundred miles on mountain roads and 4 laners. I'm one happy dude, old dude at that, even older than Eddie!! The seat holds you in place and after an all day ride, only your arms are tired and sore. And going to correct that with hi-way pegs from Satan666 amd bar risers. Installed pegs on Sat and could see a difference on a short ride. Going to ride to Saluda NC tomorrow and will get a chance to really test the pegs. Longer brake lines are on the way and have the risers.

I've logged a couple hundred miles or so on Eddie's seat and I'm 100% in love with it. The best compliment I can give a seat is that I completely forget about it. I definitely forget that the seat is even there.
Don't buy a Corbin or Sargent, buy an Eddie seat

Seats by Eddie...
So does Eddie have any Gen 1 customers/experience? I've got a Sargent on my 2001 that's better than stock but quite firm...

I could probably cut it down a little...add the GOOD foam....and probably use the same cover to keep the cost down. My wife had an '01 FZ1 and I had an '05. We both really liked the stock seats, so never worked on one, but worked on many similar seats.
Yep, lotta people wud like to have the genI seat on the gen II . Thanks , Eddie |

thanks Andy, I think I am going to hold off for a while. I just learned that my main income source is going buy buy. so, I am going to be postponing many things that were on a must/want/need list
