Just a suggestion,
do you have any floor or mop sink drains that may have
not been used for a long time?
If so, the p-trap below the drain may have dried out
(that is, not holding water to block drain smells or insect passage)
and them little buggers could be coming from there. (inside the drain)
They do live and breed there, I see it all of the time where i work.
If that is the source, you could pour some water back in to seal the trap,
or if you do not intend to use it regularly, cap it off with a drain plug.

I forgot to ask, do you have fruit trees in your yard or nearby?
